Because when I decide I need it, I have it. Plus I have one set already. + or - 2 degrees with the top mounts and another 3.25.with upper and lower camber bolts gives me 5.25 degrees + or -. Additionally with all the SPL parts, I can actually change the overall steering geometry to suit the specific conditions. :)

Well the

Oil Cooler fitting is completed and was a bit more complicated than expected. The nose of the VN slopes much more than the i30N and the air ducting is shaped to fit the specific angle of the bumper facia. So, the oil cooler has to move rearward and with the 90 degree hose fittings there isn't enough room to clear the air conditioning condenser.

So, after a bit of contemplation, I decided to utilize two AN8 90 degree adapters and the 90 degree hoses will fit even better
than originally designed. It give you more of a direct bend downward without modifying the hoses or repositioning the cooler to the middle of the impact bumper.

Because the front bumper facia is radically more sloped than the i30N, the bracket need some modification with additional tabs added to support the oil cooler. This has been noted and will be in there hands shortly. Photos with all the measurements have been forwarded already to

for the VN. So the cooler should be forthcoming before Christmas with fingers crossed.

I'll post both finished, development photos and installation as before, once the final fitting has been accomplished. Stay tuned!!

Additionally with the Overflow Reservoir/CC Kit, I utilized; Black. Chrome Hardware to finish off the project. Came out quite nice actually. :)

Intake Manifold Spacer Upgrade. I'm beginning to believe, with the modifications and attention to detail, I believe I'm going to easily crest 300 whp (corrected for altitude of course), with the stock turbo. I'll know after the first of the year, so will you all.:)

Email both Hyundai Worldwide in South Korea and the US to see if they are ever going to get the N-Performance Parts in the US.

I hope a valid and pertinent answer is forthcoming. Not expecting much from the actually.👎

Im surprised you’re even emailing Hyundai worldwide about it. At this point I dont think they’ll even bring N performance parts here. But im not complaining. I’ve already imported all of the N Performance parts I wanted. 😂

So have I but if and when they're made available here, it's one less cost to have to pay for overpriced shipping. Order the parts directly from the local Dealership Part Department and pick them up. All the N-Performance Parts have Hyundai Part Numbers and if they were known, they can be shipped direct to the dealership.

As additional parts become available for the VN, it will be much easier to acquire them.

It's the last time I'm going to address the situation with Hyundai directly. Maybe doing so openly , will spur them on to do what they promised, hopefully.:)👍

The big turbo isn't going to blow up the engine. It's the amount of boost that 's utilized with the tune. A steady diet of 22+ psi these will be needed, along with a closed deck conversion.:)

Ok, I checked with Shark Racing on the, Maintec downpipe with the race cat and they said it was a mistake to list it at $850.00. The price for the Maintec downpipes respectively are; no cat $460.00 & $650.00 with the race cat.

The photos below are of the Race Catted Downpipe, which accepts the OEM heat shields;

I'm happy to see less expensive alternatives and different manufacturers. Maintec will also be coming out with a "big turbo" conversion with tubed manifold soon for the Veloster N. :) 👍

I had a look at the site, assuming it's for 2.75“ system if it's a straight bolt on for stock? Unlike other cats that are mostly for 3" systems? It's a good price anyway especially for a 200 CEL race cat too.

It is a straight bolt on and I believe the downpipe is a 3" diameter. 304 stainless steel, as used by all the more expensive manufactures. It's definately a viable alternative. :) 👍

I have been waiting for those N Performance parts to come to the US already, I really don't want to pay the crazy shipping prices to just have them, especially $2500 for just the spoiler when the conversion rate shows it around the $1500

I think I now know why the

system has problems with the exhaust flap rattles. To much harmonic vibration from the silencer to the pipe. Even with an upgraded spring as @NULLOBANDITO displayed it will still rattle eventually. :)
