i30 N 2021 i30 N

Seems like the Veloster N in Canada has had a price increase of $2,000CAD. The DCT option is $1,600CAD extra. This might give an idea of pricing for the i30N facelift.

Note in Canada, the performance pack and N light bucket seats are standard equipment.

$1,600 CAD =
$1,700 AUD
€1,025
£935

Imagine if they "only" updated wheels, DCT, blind spot monitor and the infotainment screen. And added LED lights everywhere, reduced weight and bumped up engine to 300HP...Dont´t know about the seats. Looks ok but i bet they are not as comffordable as the previous ones. I also want Micron Gray back. Only color i am interested in.

I'll be keeping mine! I believe there's a German word for when You improve something and actually make it worse!

Too much plastic bumper trim, it's making me sad.

As far as aerodynamics it looks like they're taking in consideration and improving the drag created by the older rear hatch configuration. :)
May well be true, does that matter on My daily drive road car? Of course not! Look at the way Honda have messed up the look the sporty stuff,...

I don't look at anything Honda.:) If you'd see the way they're designed and made, you'd never use them as a reference good or bad.

My brother-in-law worked for them and retired at the Honda Plant in Marysville, Ohio. He was a production floor supervisor. I can tell you some stories that would cruel your hair.

Will the new wheels be an easy straight away for the old ones? What about front bumper or is that scuppered due to new light shape?

The thing is - this is not targeted at existing N owners, very few people switch cars just because of a facelift.
And since all other rivals go through the FL cycle, Hyundai has to keep up.
