Pure speculation at this point, but it should be very soon based on Hyundai Australia's recent official claim of an early 2021 availability for the DCT.

We tend to receive our cars at least a few months after Europe, which suggests a late 2020 availability there. That pretty much requires an unveiling sometime between now and September at the latest.

The unveiling date for the Kona N with AWD and 8-DCT is supposedly July (based on an industry leak), so presumably the i30 N facelift will be around the same time.

The original i30 N was unveiled on the 13th of July 2017, so that might offer a clue as well.

I don't see this mid life update as being much more than cosmetic myself. Albert Biermann has said in the past that they were not chasing numbers and not to expect any power upgrades. But as usual, we will soon know one way or another... time tells, as they say.
 

I hope it is the i30n but according to the text it will be the i20n
