Part number 55396 is the bolt I need. They list like 9 different ones. Any idea which one to get? I used the appropriate part number.

Thx for any help.

Br,

It looks like I must ask your help soon by engine mounts and 4-point underbody brace. Hopefully i30n and VN have same fishbones and geometry.

PS! Keep going man - impressive ;)

Well, I have the trunk brace, 4 pt corner brace, Whiteline 24mm rear sway bar, and the Uniq collar kit on and it is the best car I ever had handling wise. I am just waiting for an N performance strut bar and some whiteline poly bushings and lateral locks for the front bar and I am done with the handling mods. This car would crush it in an auto cross track. No doubt in my mind.... I brought my son for a ride the other day and we were on an off ramp and I made him kiss the passenger side glass window. lol... This thing handles great!!! I cannot stress this enough. You'll see.....

Best regards,

-Mike

Obviously, I will now have the same as this, ^ front and rear Whitelines bushing kit , drop links and a twist.;)

I will NOT change the front bar because I do not want to loose any turn in the car currently generates. The front bar stays stock except the bushings and lateral locks. I'm just trying to control a little front lean and I truly believe this will take care of it.
After all, everything is all trial and error but I believe I am on the right track. Love this little car!!!

Best regards,

-Mike

You won't lose any turn in but gain more control over body roll. :) You just point and click and it goes where you direct it., like being on a set of roller skates. The only car I've every owned that would do this straight out of the box was a; John Cooper Works Mini:D

The whiteline front sway bar seems to only be a 24mm, so with a 22mm rear, wouldn't that decrease understeer?

You don't want a bigger front sway bar and a smaller one in the rear. For this car it is the opposite. Hyundai made the front sway bar on the N smaller for a reason and that is so it can turn in quicker. I'm not messing with the front one, just poly bushings and lateral locks. That's it for me. I have the 24mm rear say bar set to the softest setting. You really don't need the firmest setting on the bar. Will be too stiff, at least for me it is. Good luck with what ever route you go.

Br,

-Mike

In real world everything is not balck or white. You are right - Hyundai made that setup for pushing car to turn in to the corners as good as possible but same time they forgot those customers who will spin their cars on 100+ km/h speed when it is wet or tyres are cold. I have Whitleine sway bars, anti lift kit, ST Xta coilovers and track alignment on my car and I still feel that front end should be more stiff

There's not one setting or setup that meets all requirements. That's why most suspension products have adjustability. The type of driving, surface, and speeds are the determining factors. If you can't adjust for the necessary components, then you're not going to be able to attain optimal performance from the car. :)
