I'm actually more concerned at this point, with the lower engine mount. We'll see how it clears. Even if there's less than a half inch mounting it will be kosher! The mount doesn't move in a circular arch, like the others do.

Yes, I kept the net hooks as well and made one cut for each side. I've chain stitched the two cuts to keep it from fraying or wearing with waxed shoe twine. Everything lifts as before, even with the brace.

Need another plug for the right side as well. I couldn't find another one in my stores.
