Just ordered these;

Actually saved $25+ from POTN, over ordering it from Forge USA, with the discount they give. I'll have a new Pipercross Box filter available, for anyone who interested.

I'm going to try two seperate intakes to see which provides lower IAT's, IFX and Forge. Collaborating on a heat shield for the Forge unit as well.

Forgot this as well;

Ought to give me another 10 whp!!:p

Nice pick, I was just messaging forge this morning about availability for the intake because on the website they have it listed as limited. Not to high jack the thread but I’ve been between this and the SXTH for quite some time and I think I’ve finally settled for the forge. Since I’ll end up most likely making some kind of heat shield if need be

No problem Chris, it's about the car and the discussion

Who knows, if Takata AFE comes out with a fully molded box I may go that way. Either-way it's an experiment and the intakes will be sold, if it doesn't pan out.

I would love to see what AFE can do. But they’re taking their sweet old time. They posted over a year ago before the car was even released to the N. American market they had a prototype N in the shop. On a side note how do you like your well window visors ? I’m looking into to purchasing them in the next few weeks. I saw your pics earlier in the thread but they don’t really do them any justice. How far do they flare out ? Any increase in wind noise ? And your overall opinion of them now that you’ve had them for a lil while.

I shot off another email to AFE Takeda, I'll see what comes of it.

The Wellvisors, come closer to the body and don't flare out a lot at all. They stop the buffeting with the windows down, which is what I was looking for to begin with. They quite down the air coming in actually. The buffeting was causing me an ear ache in my left ear. I ride around with my windows down and very seldom use AC out here, unless it's raining. This can be rare, if not into the monsoon season.

I like them quite a bit actually, worth the purchase.

Perfect, I was afraid of them fanning out like most of the Chinese vent visors you see on eBay. I’ll be adding this to growing list of parts I’ll be purchasing in the next week or so.
