this is the PX1999 Replacement filter, I would advise getting a pre-order in.
On the official web there is no information about that. PX1999DRY doesn't appear. The only difference is PX1999 is oiled and PX1999DRY is dry?
yeah, we only offer the normal PX1999 to the rest of the world and UK and Europe, I am part of Pipercross, it doesn't need to be dry.
We wouldn't sell you the dry, no need for it, but the German distributor who manages our German sales, requests them in Dry.

So you're saying that one of the biggest advantages of pipercross filters - at least thats how its advertised here in germany - is actually not necessary? Being oil-free is literally the first thing they mention on the german page to advertise their products, since oil fumes could damage i.e. the air mass sensor (thats what they claim).
@PerformaN: You sure about that? Anyway, its an argument they make for all their filters for all cars.
