Kamyk's i30N PB Performance Pack

@kamyk155 I understand your problem, a guy from the factory told me that twelve changes were made to the transmission in half a year (in 2020). Reportedly, even fix packs do not always solve the problem. My problem with the fifth and sixth gears has been solved, but the factory has told me that the occasional problem with engaging first gear is because the transmission does not rotate. I'm not a mechanic, but I started the engine for a few minutes before driving and since then there has been no problem with first gear. Yes, it is clear to me that direct injection engines should not heat up, so perhaps the installation of Dual Catch will at least partially solve the problem. Another addition to the gearbox, the guy told me that gearboxes are not made in the enka factory, but are sent in crates from Korea and therefore they cannot play with tolerance as with other models that are assembled in Nošovice.

Spark plug gap tool arrived today and gap gauge tool:

So today ordered 4x:

If everything will be on thursday I will change them with all fluids and engine mounts together.
Last part will be summer clutch update (oem with kevlar) and remap again for some more torque.

Today I installed in my dealer service engine mounts and did few months faster year service with all my fluids.

I don't have picture of the lower mount from below.
For now - mixed feelings. Car sound is totally different than it was before.
More metalic and it sounds like someone took off noise portecting cover from the front of the drivers cabin.
Inside the car is loud now. I don't feel more shake on the wheel but car is shaking more and exhaust is shaking like crazy.
And here are my older spark plugs after 12k km:

Now I need to wait some and check fluids and sound/shaking after time.
Maybe engine with new mounts will stabilize after some time.

And after long time without power mods I'm waiting for my vacations.
Fromy July I will have a lot of time free so - time for clutch upgrade (kevlar mod for oem clutch) and another ecu tuning for maximize the power and torque again.
Still thinking about some interior mods like alcantara and carbon interior - I found few places to go and ask.

And last info - in July I'm resigning from the army. Time for retire. From 1st february 2022 I will be civilian again.
Time to rest - more time for the car :cool:

Enjoy the time buddy, i did 23 years in the British army and been a civilian for 6 years now and love it.

After some time without shoping I ordered this bodykit:

Pros - it will be exclusive set in my country.
Cons - I will wait a lot and customs duty.

To be honest the only body kit I've seen worth it for the i30N as it can be configured without gloss and the front/side winglets are optional
