Looks to be, the depth of the Intake manifold and placement of the nozzle are slightly different. I wonder why? Maybe a difference in Intake Manifold configuration for ULEV standards adopted in Europe.🤔

I don't even think Forge Motorsports has seen this configuration. Looks like a bit more R & D is needed for German i30N's.

Give me some more photos if you're able and I'll send them along to the gents in R & D.

I have just checked my car (MY19) and I have the same problem, there is no place to connect anything, but I have seen that perhaps the intake manifold socket can be disassembled by turning it, in this way it could be possible to connect the hose outside and then mount everything on the intake manifold, could someone check it out?

The socket is part of the intake manifold. You can remove it by breaking it off and then gluing it back into place. That way you would be able to fit the Forge adapter.

Correct ^ and it's something you don't really want to do.:)

If it looks like this ^ the adapter isn't going to fit correctly. I don't know why the difference between some i30N's and even the VN 2.0T Theta II. :)

It's an unusual issue. It has to do with the position of the intake manifold nozzle on a few cars. Take a picture of your PVC connection with the engine cover removed and post it here. I can tell you if the present model adapter will fit or not.

It's has to do with the proximity of the nozzle to one of the valve cover bolts. It's not the same on all engines.:)

Can be done this way for sure however, you'll want to keep the hose clear of the head and high temps. Finished off with this;

Short length of OD 5/8" hose -ID 1/2" with this finisher at the bottom of the nozzle then couple to this with the female hose. If I find anything else I'll post it.

Can't remember what the nozzle size is at the moment but one of these with the correct push on nozzle size and the AN8 male adaptor will work also. If it's a 3/8" nozzle this will work These are for fuel injection, so they can more than handle the crankcase pressure and it will give you the additional clearance I believe, with the female connector.

This might work also in the right nozzle size

Still super happy with them since I got upgraded to the revised version.
The paint on the old v1 started to come off due to the exhaust heat, if you remember.
With the v2 everything is fine, no quality issues whatsoever.

Am even thinking about modifying them so I can keep them when the rest of the exhaust gets done eventually. Just goes perfectly with the ATH diffusor, IMO :)

Although I did not have any warranty-related issues I would say it highly depends on your dealer.

I've heard from a few friends that one had no issues at all when he needed to change the rear muffler, the dealer even re-fitted the aftermarket exhaust tips to the new muffler.

Another one (at another dealer) had his warranty claim denied.

But I personally would risk it for the looks alone. Initally I wasn't convinced changing them - but it looks just shit with my diffusor if I would've left them stock :D
