UK gang; I'm on the hunt for a new car, I've enquired about the FL i30n PX'ing my current N with £3k equity plus £500 deposit.... £475pm, £39528 total cost for the FL.... Am I going crazy here, or am I getting a totally wank offer?
That sounds way over list, you after a dct? Have you added a special colour and N seats? Still seems high to me?
That's way over what you should be paying. Are you sure they said you're in 3k positive equity and not 3k negative?
If not then just walk away from that. They're clearly bending you over and I wouldn't even give them a chance to come up with a better offer. If they're trying to rip you off now who knows what they'll try to pull later down the line.
Positive, they have quoted £3k positive equity. essentially it's a £3500 deposit, I do have N light sports seats, alcantara interior and sunset red paint added but still, seems crap.

Coast2Coast (whos price recently went up) have that spec listed at £34,350.

Right, that makes more sense. It is 4.8% APR so not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Still, £475 seems a lot with 3.5k down.
I think someone posted that Motorline Worcester were beating Carwow and Coast2Coast prices so might be worth giving them a call?
A week ago it was easy to get 11% discount at least, now it seems like 8% is the going rate.

Alcantara interior isn't an option as they are all that anyway. Sports seats are only £500 and paints £585. DCT or manual?
Car Wow and Coast2Coast now list Alcantara interior as a £600 option. Seats are also £500+VAT so £600.

Yeah 4.8% isn't amazing tbh, but aye £475 is shite!
Ill check em out, if I cant get it down to closer to the £400 mark its not worth it and I'm buying a bloody bimmer instead

Well the seats are also an option on those configurators. So you have 2 options which each cost £600, one being the N Light Seats, the other being alcantara interior. They also have odd things like being able to select your paint and then having an option taker on for "premier paint" so who knows? Most likely is the seats though.
The Hyundai UK configurator still doesn't even give you the option for seats. It's really crap compared to the German version for example.
I enquired about the new facelift at my local dealer.
They were gonna give me £23k for my i30N which would clear the finance and give me £3200 in equity. They'd then give me £1000 deposit contribution.
So £4200 down - 48 Months - £520 a month
I'm not sure what options were ticked as we never got that far. I just said I'd want the DCT. Ridiculous price.
