i30 N 2021 i30 N

In Belgium they aren't much more expensive than in other european countries, so I think the price is a good benchmark.
In Holland on the contrary they are. I think overthere you can ad onother 10k to the price.

Then I hope for good offers from the dealers🙄

10? The outgoing i30n costed 55.000. If the price is 40k in Belgium than this is going easily to 65k here. :(

In the Austrian configurator the price for the N with MT is € 42990, and for the N with DCT € 44990.
The configurator is obviously not yet finished, but at least the prices are indicated.

OMG... the Price 😱🤯45k...

That's interesting.

On Hyundai's Belgium site, the current i30N hatch is listed at 31,549 euro (Reduced to 27,972 on promotion.)

So that's a 20% increase for the facelift.

Applying the same to UK prices means we could expect around from £35750 for the hatch and £37500 for the Fastback....

If the price is anywhere near £35k for the the i30n this will put so many folk off from buying a Hyundai.

The main reason I pulled the trigger on my 2019 model was the price! A cool £11k LESS than a potential £35k car🥴

What was the price for the pre facelift model? With perfornance pack

This configurator lists the 'performance seats' as a €700 option.

I think that was the case for most of us but I think that is biting Hyundai in the behind now. They pushed the car into the market by undercutting the competition in price in a way that is has become a main trait of the car. Pretty much everyone brings up the price when talking about the car and every price increase is seen with scrutiny now. And they have been slowly rising the prices since release and I expect the face lift to be an opportunity to do so again. But the thing is how many would choose the N when one would cost the same as a Megane RS, Civic Type R, Golf GTI TCR/Clubsport, etc? Well I wouldn't. No use in being dishonest about it.

Anyone remember the i30N Project C? I don't blame you if you don't. That car was announced, released and then pretty much never talked about again. Probably because looking online there are dozens of them sitting on dealer lots here. All brand new and never driven. Clearly the amount of people willing to spend over 40.000€ on one is probably lower than Hyundai expected.

Was too slow to edit my existing post, sorry.

The Hyundai Austria website listed it as €39,990 in August 2020. i30N without performance pack, which appears to have been dropped in Austria as an option during some point during this year, was listed as €35,990 in April 2020.

Bang on mate, couldn't say it better myself. I for one would be looking at alternatives if I was looking to upgrade to the latest model at that price. can get a lot of car for 35-40k if you do a bit of research these days.

The listprice you're referring to is for a non performance.
The current price for a PP is 35500 (with current action reduced to 31770).
So realisticly it looks to me like there will be a jump in prices of about 2000 euro for an identical car.

When I bought mine in September 2018 it cost € 39990 (list price). I have to say that here in Austria some things are already standard, which cost extra in other countries. As extras only the panorama roof and some colours were possible. Including the Performance Blue the list price of my N was € 40340.
For comparison: a Golf 7 GTI Performance (MT) with comparable configuration would have cost approx. € 51000.
At a nearby dealer you can buy a brand new Project C, price € 52990. From this point of view, the N with DCT
is cheap with 45000. ;)

Thanks Tom, I forgot about the N / N Performance difference, as we only got the N Performance in the UK :)

Maybe we can breathe a little easier :)

I have noticed that the second hand price of I30Ns is holding up really well with several 68 plate cars fetching £22,000, (at dealers) considering a year ago I paid £24,000 for my 19 plate is good news for any of us thinking of selling our cars in the near future. £35,000 for a new one? that's Type R Yaris GR money, will severely hit sales of the new model N I think.
