I am back ag the house and will take pics of the write up. They didnt say all exhaust valves bent but make mention on bent valves. Will also take pic of the sub. I also had a defective spoiler that was replaced. I posted video of the noise it made YouTube.

I was also wondering what the cost would of been. I do have a friend at the dealer that could possible look it up. I do have a photo of my engine on the ground and the car up on the lift with a tech just looking at it. I will post it up. On a side note it did have the not so smooth shift into 6th before the engine replacement but since smooth as could be.
They never really spoke about what was the cause. Ran down the list of questions like fuel used,oil changes but everytime I asked about cause never got an answer. They would only do steps told to them by Hyundai and wait for reply before proceeding. As mentioned earlier I have a friend at the dealer that might be able to shine some light on this. I do have to say they did a quick turnaround once engine came in.
I would say the exhaust has a more aggressive tone also. Didnt think that would be possible but I might of forgot all the exhaust goodness. I have 3-4 hundred more miles till is broken in so keeping it under 4k for the moment.

Wow!!! Glad its was fixed quickly @Scootz. Sucks!! I had two engine failures on my GT350. The first time the engine was delayed and I was without a car for months. The second eng had material (crack) failure on the block. Needles to say I lemoned the car (I won) and bought a GT350R. Moral of my story is things happen, sometimes good sometimes bad. Hope it doesnt happen again and that this engine is a factory freak.
Well this is less of a what did I do and more of a what did Mother Nature do to my N post...
Fortunately I moved my car to a nearby gas station to avoid the quarter sized hail that came through and not 2mins later this tree fell exactly where my car was parked.. I was able to dodge this bullet but still managed to get a few nice sized dents on my roof.. guess it’s time to find a good local PDR place
