If you consider the diameter increase of 15mm you have to do something with the caliper to move it out.
Why are you changing the discs? I think the standard brakes are awesome.

I just ordered 345mm in local shop, cause they were 30% cheaper than 330mm (idk wtf, next day they corrected prices)

standard brakes are good, agreeYou definitely need to install the calipers of PP version. Otherwise you need to develop an adapter for the caliper.
I know at least one guy who has already made such an upgrade (330mm to 345mm using PP calipers).
The screws are fine as standard, put some copaslip on the threads while they are out. Use a correct fitting T bar screwdriver.
They're definitely not m8, m6x1 I reckon. Whip the wheels off and have a look.
So, not proud of this but it was a very hot trackday this week, blower 100% + helmet on, couldn't hear the brakes at all.
Checked tired, fluids & outer brake pads before the trackday. I had at least 5mm on the outer pads, so I figured the inner would be the same thickness.
I was wrong, the inner pads where completely gone after the trackday.
Looks like I will have to inspect the slider pins because of the uneven wear...
Ordered EBC blanks + steel hoses + DS2500

actually I didn't. Only when entering the pits I heard a scraping sound when applying the brakes.
Lesson learned. check all pads from now on
Are those the OEM pads? After 40,000 road miles I found a slight difference in wear, inner/outer, but not too bad.

I use blueprint pads and disks.. Discs per pair was £57.00 and pads about £45.
Yes all OEM 40.000km.

No, just bare pads. If you're careful removing the pads then the spring plates remain serviceable. The backing shims can be fitted to the new pads.Yes all OEM 40.000km.

Hi guys, I'm the owner of an i30N FL DCT and I'm currently looking to change my front braking pads.

So far Pagid RSL29 pads from Hyundaizubehör have been the best ones I've had so far. If I'm not entirely mistaken the brakes should be identical between pre-FL and FL.
The RSL29 are only listed for the pre FL and IIRC the FL uses different pads to match the the bigger rotors. Got no part numbers to confirm this though.
@RasherN if you have the money, go for the stock pads again, they are quite good and the aftermarket pads for the FL are still in the making. There will be certainly good alternatives at some point.
