See, this is what grinds my gears with the dealership network. If that's the case then why have they not been contacting current UK owners using Hyundai Finance actually telling them that there is a deal on for them to take advantage of for the FL.

Every other car manufacturer from as long as I can remember basically hassle you when a new version of your current car becomes available and do everything they can to get you in a new car.
Wish that was the case in this particular case in Germany. I wish my dealer would offer a one time -10000€ offer like it was with the Yaris GR in some countries.

I wouldn't be suprised if it's due to the carbon offset limits Hyundai have to keep to. So they can't sell their most polluting cars so much otherwise they face a fine.

My FL has finally arrived at the dealership today, but it looks like I'm gonna have more obstacles on my way to finally drive the thing x.x Dealer claims 10 business days until the thing gets registered, give or take.

In the meantime, just look at how nice the Sunset Red looked in the sunset!

Woooow, isn't she a beauty? :eek::eek::eek:

Mine just arrived in Romania, 5-7 working days until I drive it and it's mine, I can't wait. (I've ordered mine in Performance Blue)

That makes it close to $60k when on roads and delivery is taken into account. Fuc#k that, it ain't worth that type of coin.
VW Golf GTI or Focus ST-3....

🖕 Hyundai!

Negotiate! Don't let the dealer convince you that there's no room to move. I know a couple of people who have already secured $55k driveaway.

To be fair my dealer in Germany wouldn't budge a single cent. 35990€ fort fastback MT shadow gray with nav and comfort. I haven't bought it yet. Especially when people buy it for 36200 with dct and N seats...

I've only got a refundable deposit down currently but my dealer is not very open to much negotiation :( They are calling me back tomorrow with hopefully a date and price (Melb)

$55k drive away on what spec? I have a DCT hatch with sunroof arriving in Melbourne imminently. Hoping for a deal of some sort 🙄🤦🏻😆

55k would most likely be a DCT premium with sunroof based on what I've heard from other people (and is in the ballpark of what I've been unofficially quoted before the real prices came out)

Finally about to order my car..

Anyone here who received their car with N-Light Seats already?
Can you recommend them, compared to the comfort seats, as they don't have a memory function?
How about the lateral support? Is it really better than the support of the comfort seats?
If only the design was nicer, I would not stick to the N-Light Seats.

I was wondering if it was worth it to wait at least 3 more months to get the car with the N-Light seats.
Car with comfort seats would be available next month already - the struggle is real o_O

Big thanks!

I've sat in N light seats only for a few minutes, so I really can't compare them, but I think the only advantage is the looks if you like that sporty bucket seats look in your car (which I do).

I will be able to tell you tomorrow because I will pick mine and I test drove i30N manual last year with comfort package.

The dealer is also a client, so I can only push a certain amount, with that said they will look after me. But $55k was always what I had anticpated, I would like to pay less of course, but anything more I will consider not proceeding.

Are you still going ahead?
