Kamyk's i30N PB Performance Pack

Tomorrow dyno check and I will try to find a place for exhaust emission measurement but don't know is it too early for new catalyst.
 
Gaskets are still burning and I can smell them but tomorrow I will go to the dyno and back about 100km so I think it will be good.
 
Here are some pics ofHDT downpipe and after today dyno run.

First dyno picture is today result, second picture shows two lines - thicker line from today with HDT downpipe and thinner line - last dyno with oem downpipe.

Good news news:
- 10HP more compared to OEM downpipe
- torque almost the same
- on dyno all pressures normal

Bad news:
- on the way home I lost turbo
- max torque was under 200nm with gas pedal in the floor
- max speed was 100-130km/h with gas pedal in the floor

I called dyno man and he told me this is emergency mode so I need to turn off and on car again.
I stoped in the trafic and turn off/on the car - everything back to normal.
It happend during dynamic overtaking car in front of me but don't remember it was 2nd to 3rd gear change or 3rd to 4th.
After off/on again I don't know is it important but first time with this car I saw overboost icon on 6th gear with gas pedal to the floor - 20psi and that green icon.
To be 100% safe I will give my car to the guy who tuned it - on next friday for check on his dyno and maybe some ecu calibrations.
But it is strange - even my dyno man told me that is weird because all the pressures were ok on the dyno check and he even showed me video of the pressure measurements during dyno run.

I have one video from first 310hp dyno, one videos from today 320hp dyno and last one with shooting from the pipes with this whole new exhaust (it sounds soooo bad and soo quiet compared to real life and standing behind the car).

ive had a lot of boost issues in other cars with being on a dyno vs being on a road, the ramp on the dyno can be very different than the road, and also you can sometimes generate a lot more boost from a setup on the street with cold air coming in the front which can cause boost cut

Third movie with shooting from the pipe and it's sound is not the same in real life.
I think it is end of sound scale in the phone but in real life - you can do something smelly in your pants 🤣

That is why I need to check it again and maybe limit some boost.

PS. someone had similar situation with turbo cut down ?

I will post the pictures of the oil catch can after mounting later - there was one small problem or even two with this product inside i30N because it is made for Veloster N.
