TarmoT 385bhp/526Nm i30ntracktoy - SOLD

No - it might be my new daily driver. I am currently looking something fast and with auto gearbox to change my current daily driver 2015 Audi A6 quattro. I feel that Audi is too big car for driving there alone and if your wife has a family car, there is no sense to keep 2 big cars in house. Hyundai is not my daily driver and actually it should stay underground garage during whole winter but some things must be done and if there is no snow - why not to drive it littlebit.

Do you prefer the RS in its stock form or the i30N in its stock form? Just curious because I was almost going to buy the RS when I bought my N.

NRC Stage2 racing clutch installed and 800km ( city-driving ) clutch brake in period started.
Oem clutch pressure plate (basket) design:View attachment 7368

My first impressions:
1. Travel of clutch pedal is shorter
2. Clutch pedal is harder to press (not too hard but just a bit more harder than Oem)
3. If Oem application started to engage on 2/3 before bottom position, NRC application starts to engage on last 1/3 before bottom position.
4. No additional noises or vibration
5. Clutch disengagement moment is not so smooth as with Oem clutch. It is more ON/OFF but nothing terrible compared to 3 or 4-blade racing car clutch. I didn´t manage to stall my engine so far ;)
Our cars have anti-stall function what helps a lot - I will just start very delicate to rise my leg untill anti-stall function kicks in and after that I will rise my legg faster. No throttle required at all.

Hi tarmo,do you think that with that the clutch pedal position stays lower with aftermarket clutches?.I dont like the original position

With 2-different aftermarket cluthes I have had (NRC and Sachs) position stays the same.

Yesterday I got car back from RCP with temporary rear end of exhaust. Tomorrow I will load car on trailer and send it to TAC. TAC (Time Attack Customs) job just went more difficuilt because there must be a resonator in the end of exhaust not in the middle. First RCP installed resonator to OEM location and car had even more raspy sound than I used to have before. They moved resonator just behind rear beam and car sounds now mint.
There is one problem only - TAC has much less space now for building rear diffusor, so some kind of compromise must be done. Lets see how it works out and how much RCP must rebuild that temporary solution.

Why? I can't find any rule for Time Attack which specifies this.
Only tips that don't extend body rear for more than 3" and max noise of 105db.
But nothing for silencer.

Just... I don´t like that raspy noise what comes if resonator will be moved to the middle of car.
Another thing is that our tracks have 96db noise limits and sometimes I must drive that car on streets too (between workshops or to the car shows) ;)

Under bonnet there will be also some mods done.
I must install my Turbosmart BOV:

Test InJen short ram intake I received for testing:

Install new design and reinforced induction snorkel:

I will rebuild that InJen intake system by using hard pipe only from that system. I will cut it shorter and use that boy:

Where abouts can i find the "new design and reinforced induction snorkel"?

I have been looking for one of these :)
