Nope, one they were imposing. Everyone else had it dry, I was the 'lucky' one that caught the torrential downpour! So was a bit tame for the others in the dry, but got to see a few other random cars testing, and a bus!Was the 100mph limit on the bowl due to the wet weather? My day is Sunday....rain all day, still, could look at it as more fun
Having done the experience day yesterday (10th), I can confirm that it’s a LOAD of fun!!
Yes, but only for the passenger ride with the professional driver
I went yesterday also, was a great day being able to push the car and also talk to other owners, really enjoyed the last bit which was a passenger ride with the pro driver who actually surprised me as to how quick the car is! I thought I could push it close to the edge sometimes but these guys are on a different level.
There were lots of cameras and stuff there as it was the press day so I'm assuming they will be producing a video about the vent at some point.
Also got the chance to speak to people in fairly high up positions in Hyundai, asked the question of when will we be getting the performance parts such as bucket seats and he said they should be available next year! So things are looking good

Also managed to see a left hand drive I30N Fastback in camo that they were trying to hide away, would have took some pictures but had our phone cameras covered up with a sticker by millbrook themselves before we even got let in
Hopefully by October, we'll be seeing them available & test drive them(?) at the Germany track days.
I went today and it was great fun. As @coxy 2 carpets said lots of people to talk to and a good bit of driving, though I wish we could have done a bit more. Was great to meet @paul-h and @Victoria today too.
The alpine circuit was good fun, showcasing how grippy the car is aswell as pushing your limits.
The hot lap at the end was mad. I had an ex touring car driver smashing it around the circuit. He had the car sideways going into corners, pushing the car to the limit. It was very quick yet still controlled somehow haha.
And the camera men were even more mad. Sitting on the corners only inches from the cars as they hurtled by them.
All round great day out!

Just got home, brilliant day. Unbelievable car, delivery cannot come soon enough now.

- 1 mile drag great, 0-60 6.49 in my first drive of the day.
- High speed bowl - Interesting! 120 mph, with normal suspension, switched to N suspension at 120 and wow the bumps kicked in!
- Alpine - Great very technical drive, not high speed but drags out of corners were epic.
- High speed passenger ride was on another level and the grip from the car is unreal.

Happy for you mate! Just by any chance did you stay for the winners being announced, did they get any prizes? As I came second and they did mention prizes for 1st 2nd and 3rd but left pretty sharpish afterwards

Great day! Good to meet @B00n87 also! I was leading for the first half of the day then somehow it completely fell away... not convinced my scores actually uploaded properly as I had issues with the iPod and heart rate monitor all day...
Think I had the same driver on the handing circuit as @B00n87 whicj was mega! Properly throwing the car sideways before a corner and taking cuts across the grass!
I had a wee bit of a telling off on the alpine course when I made the car go airborne...
That aside, what a day... very well organised and I’m very greatful towards Hyundai and their team! They were all so friendly and helpful. Really made the day feel that bit more special for us all!
