Yes the N has so much potential. Last try and success was an M2 comp in the borders. I guess the M2 will never have the same traction. Its fast sure. Just loses the back end like a fox body stang.
I am installing RallyFlapz today for that +100HP gain.
Disclaimer: Before you continue reading, I will say I love my I30N
....My friend has an M2 Competition and unless it is very slippery the M2 wipes the floor with the i30N...
I have been tracking with him and riding in his car. It is insane with a good driver. Sorry to say it is in a different league.

370z is so awful, chassis and engine is over 11 years old now.
Spaffed all over an SQ5 driving home this evening and he was absolutely bloody livid. Granted not the fastest to go up against, but his angry face made me happy as he drove past me as I slowed down for the speed camera and he did not

The 370Z, even the Nismo is anemic these days. The the photos of this model are just fugly!
Nissan has held onto it like a pacifier. Nothing has changed in years, except the tech and not much there either. I enjoyed the Nismo when we had it but the Nissan service was absolutely horrendous.

Lets be honest that is driver skill (or lack of), the new GT4 has done the ring in 7min 28sec, to put that in context its 4 seconds faster than the Carerra GT...
As with many of these 'interactions' it comes down to driver skill and how much that person want's to risk their car, not the actual car itself
This weekend i was with a Mate who has a 2018 Mini Cooper JCW 231bhp... I thought my i30N would be a lot quicker, but was shocked to find out they were exactly the same speed.
I always beat him off the mark in a drag race (probably because of the Diff meaning i have more traction). But at higher speeds i could not pull away or gain on him. I guess its the i30N showing its weight.
i30N has more power to weight bhp wise. But the Mini has more power to weight torque wise.

His i30N is 350bhp i think, look at his build postshow did you manage to race a 350 hp AWD 2.3 l with the N tho
and 2wd is normally quicker than 4wd at higher speeds due to less drag/weight (power difference depending).
