Couple of weeks after I bought my car, it went to the RCP exhaust workshop. They made me 3" downpipe with 200 cpsi cat, non resonated middle section and custom black tips for rear box:

All that started to sound like this:

Meanwhile we made couple of dyno runs:
100% stock car:

With intake and exhaust:

I also tried that box:

And dyno results in sport mode:

And in Race mode:

Because I did not like how car act with RaceChip box, I removed it and tried to remap my ECU. The best result what my international remaping experience gave me was not good:

So I finished my last season with stock ECU program.

Sorry if i've missed it somewhere else but why did you not like the car with the Racechip?

And now about my plans for this season. Season starts on 05.04 but I have so much things to do that Im not sure that I will manage.
I left my car to RCP exhaust workshop again in January and will pick it up today - yes it took long and it is the reason why time is not my friend anymore :(
So, what has been done by RCP?
New catless downpipe (starts as a 3,5" from turbo and will finish as a 3" before flex section):
DP1.jpg
Flex section:
flex1.jpg
flex2.jpg
flex4.jpg
After flex section, my new exhaust will continue with 2,75" pipe untill resonator (because of noise restrictions of tracks), after resonator it will continue as 2,75" untill custom built rear muffler. Rear muffler has aftermarket flap what is pluged to OEM connector. It means that exhaust flap will be still controlled by car ECU. End tips are 114mm and black.
I hope that soon I can add additional photos and video.

Under bonnet there will be also some mods done.
I must install my Turbosmart BOV:
TS-0203-1036-Hyundai-i30n-Kit-IMG_7408.jpg
Wagner Tuning intercooler:
WGvsOEM.jpg
Test InJen short ram intake I received for testing:
inJen14.jpg

Install new design and reinforced induction snorkel:

I will rebuild that InJen intake system by using hard pipe only from that system. I will cut it shorter and use that boy:

After installing new suspension, I will corner balancing my car and make new allignment for track:
