Which size did you go with? 70 -70? I reviewed your thread, but didn't see a downpipe / custom exhaust to take the bigger 76 - 76.
That's right. Used the 70/70 one. I don't think I'll use any downpipe in the next time, also my exhaust will be standard until it's rusty and the TÜV guy have problems with :)

Hi, something new about the flexpipe like sound or more power? I'm just before buying :)
Is the a forum code for a better price?
hey walter, unfortunately there are no real news. Maybe it was a bit awkward to directly remove the sound generator.
I probably can not compare that very well now. In the interior is now quieter in any case, but if I fold the rear seats, it seems to me, as you would hear more these "ploploploplop's" while releasing the accelerator :)
It did not really make it any louder - driving characteristics have not really changed.

I'll see if I can make a video or soundfile in near future :)

I LOVE IT WHEN IT GETS WARMER. Also I love it with a clean car. I don't know what happens with people, in the last few days I was getting more thumbs up than in the last few months. Keep continuing guys :D

Situation 1: Old guy smiling over both ears while hearing a downshift. He showed me his thumb (it looked like that) maybe he first thought about how to show "today's youth" that something is good :D
Situation 2: After work, I had the windows open, I stood on a railroad crossing and enjoyed music while waiting for green lights. I was a bit confused when someone has kept next to me and shouted "sh1t that's cooooooll!" (and yes, he was 3 meters away, was screaming like I was 100 away) :D
Situation 3: I parked after work under the carport, a transporter slowed down and watched me doing it. When I parked properly he showed me a thumbs up and told me about "a rocket" and how awesome he finds the vehicle :D
Situation 4: After I enjoyed the ride, 2 slightly younger people were in a van at the traffic lights next to me, have asked me what kind of car this is, manual or automatic, how much power and on my answer they said "you can hear that! Damn awesome" the guys both grinned and almost forgot to drive on as the traffic lights turned green. :D

Thank you for these nice experiences! Hope this will continue this summer! :D

Sunday will be the summer wheel day. I'm glad to get these beauties back on! Today I test cleaned one of the rims, because I haven't done this that well before swapping to my winter wheels. I've done a little coating test. They look like new.

I'll take some pictures when I get them back on :)

Have a nice weekeNd!

This one looks very good. Can you expand on your "coating test"? I would not be adverse to using some coating to maintain the wheels myself. :)

I'll give later some feedback. Used the a sonax product (polymer net shield) recommended from @Skipz as paint protection, cost about 12€ the bottle and you can use it for so many rims :D have to clean my car now :D I also give my brilliant shine detailer a short try before mounting summer wheels :)

I don't think you can compare it to ceramic coatings, but I think it has a nice price/performance ratio :) 12€ for about 24 rims compared to 40+€ for 8.

BTW, I think the glossy and clean effect comes a bit from my Glossworkz shampoo :) never used any rim cleaner on these, only pH neutral car shampoo :)

Do I see Carbigos Drying towels? I think I just ordered the same ones, are they any good?
Yes, got 2 of them, after I ordered "filzada Profi Microfasertuch Superflausch 3x Premium Poliertuch". I think they are the same :) but damn, you get near to your car with them and the water seems to be magnetic haha. I really love them. Needed 2 for the whole car :)

I have just read your full thread, great work, brilliant tweaks to the car and that sub makes a massive difference. Is it fine with the standard head unit i guess to power it?
