The crank case outlet on the cam cover has 17,8mm diameter.
The inlet of the short OEM piping which has an other hose connected that goes on the fitting on the alloy turbo inlet has 15mm diameter.
So on the catch can inlet I use the 19mm fitting and the 16mm fitting on the outlet of the can.

It is also possible to take direct the inlet fitting on the turbo inlet. But I haven't measured it!
