I know N drivers here in Germany who are waiting for the repairig of the transmission 10-12 Months....Its really horrible.Always waiting too, 7 months now... it's just a shame !!
The parts is available in other countries but hyundai France refuse to order it because it's not the official "way"... and of course, if i ordered it and give it to them, no more warranty....
In which country do you live?

How many time does it take between you take a laywer and Hyundai decide to change the transmission ? Does it cost a lot for you?Tommorrow i will egt my N back from the Dealer....after 6 months with a complet new transmission. I went to a laywer and i put them to the court. This is the only reason because they spent me the new complet transmission.
A piece of plastic is glued to the reverse lockout area. I used a piece of a reward card for pull a part. Can you explain what the fix was please?
How cold? Worth a gearbox oil change first I'd suggest. Here's what I use , motul gear power LV 70W API/GL4I have the same issue, but only if the gearbox is cold. If i drive 20 minutes, the issue is gone.
