It does not bother me that most of the i30N and probably soon the i20N will be in this color. The car is primarily to please me, the fact that others have the same does not matter.
I’ve never liked performance blue, and I love blue cars, I wish Hyundai could mix up the colours a bit, they have 2 shades of grey, that’s a waste of a colour, I’d love to see a green like the new RS3 has, or a yellow or orange..At first I loved the Performance Blue, I actually wanted one. But they're everywhere and I've grown tired of it. Luckily I was able to change to a red one.
and i wish the i20N dark blue was available for i30N ... i think a metallic dark blue would look sick (not a fan of matte though)

Yr a hard man to please, that’s the colour I’ll be ordering for my GT3would look sweet too, but too bright for my taste![]()
I understand. Dragon Red Pearl is nice colour:I didn't say it's because of what others think or what they have, I just said seeing so many of them everywhere made me get tired of that colour scheme. I like it, I just can't stand it anymore![]()
In my case, I think I'll order the Dragon red just to not get the red accentsI agree. Red accents should be optional.
The more I watch the tests, the more likely it is that I will abandon phantom black in favor of performance blue with a black roof.
I was going to put a black wrap over it on my i30N to cover it up just before I sold it, and it’s more of a simple job on that car, i20N tho looks a bit more tricky, especially at the rear, if I ever buy this I’ll be getting the red one no doubt so it comes without it, just a shame it isn’t the engine red..Maybe you can cover it.
theres no other i20s in australia which in this case will be handy, im thinking get a black one and get the paint shop to sort out the rear red bullshit going on back there.I thought also about the red accents, but then if you didn’t have them it would look the same i20 N Line
Yeh the red at the rear is the worst part, it’s busy enough as it is without having to add to it, I’m just not sure yet whether I like where Hyundai are going with there designs lately? all these sharp edges, triangles and creases everywhere, I just don’t know? actually the best looking thing they have at the moment is the IONIQ 5.theres no other i20s in australia which in this case will be handy, im thinking get a black one and get the paint shop to sort out the rear red bullshit going on back there.
