5 weeks is a fairly long time (I'm delusional)Nope - but then it’s only been five weeks since this question was last asked!
I’m sorry to inform you that’s incorrectIS IT FINALLY HERE?? - https://www.dieseltuningbrisbane.com.au/diesel-vehicles/hyundai-i20n-1-6t/
Seems like some ozzy boys manage to unlock the ECU. Anyone is familiar with this? maybe some ozzies here can share some insights?
I thought so as well at first, but then I checked their PDF. It clearly states "Tailored Performance Packages for Kona N/i30N/I20N" and they have detailed 4 packages just for the I20N in that PDF (Stages 1-4).I’m sorry to inform you that’s incorrecti explain. If you open the link and scroll down to the bottom of the page you can clearly see that in the picture there is a Kona N and also, the dyno figure as you can read on the left bottom corner is from completely another car .So sorry for this bad news but i think is another catfishing bshit

This will be amazing if you can do so, keep us postedThese guys are about an hour north of me. I might sus them out, see if it's legit.
i dont think the kefico CPEGD3.XXX ECU for the i20n has been broken. It is extremelly tricky. No need to go there, just make them a call. I have some interesting findings on the Ecu tuning, which i will upload for the forum members to see. Chech here my post https://n-cars.net/forums/threads/extensive-ecu-tests-real-time-data-and-dyno.13229/#post-160003This will be amazing if you can do so, keep us posted![]()
Beat me too it. It's about time tuning is coming for the i20N/Elantra N-line/i30 N-line sedan/Kona N-line/K5 GT-line, etc.View attachment 25129www.facebook.com
N75 just made a post stating that tuning will be here within a week or 2.i dont think the kefico CPEGD3.XXX ECU for the i20n has been broken. It is extremelly tricky. i wish but i doubt it. Elantra n line ecu is not the same as hyundai i20n ecu. We shall see.N75 just made a post stating that tuning will be here within a week or 2.
It's exactly the same with elantra n-line but not with elantra N!!i wish but i doubt it. Elantra n line ecu is not the same as hyundai i20n ecu. We shall see.
confirmed by n75motorsports and courtenay sport that the ecu found in the elantra n line is also in the i20N designation "Kefico CPEGD 3.20.1"i wish but i doubt it. Elantra n line ecu is not the same as hyundai i20n ecu. We shall see.
As an i20n owner i want to be wrong. As a former Ecu programmer i have seen many many cases where the same cars, with supposed the same ecu in the USA AND EUROPE, used different "safety access" procedures. For example, back in 2005, nissan used sr20de engines, in USA with a car called Sentra, and the same engine existed in Europe, in many cars like nissan sunny gti, primera GT, almera Gti etc with supposedly the same ecu code .confirmed by n75motorsports and courtenay sport that the ecu found in the elantra n line is also in the i20N designation "Kefico CPEGD 3.20.1"
2nd august the n75 windows based flash tool is being released, K-Tec racing have ordered the tool from N75 to map the i20N, you were wrongAs an i20n owner i want to be wrong. JIM WOLF TECHNOLOGY, a tuning company from usa, cracked the ecu and produced many tuning parts like cams (s3,s4, headers etc) and i had ordered cams and ecu from them. Unfortunately, while s4 cams were spot on, ecus were different, although Ecu code was the same. The last 15 years i have seen many similar cases.
I wish i am wrong.....
