I suppose he's speaking about the Hyundai "H" badge and that is additionally fixed by two pins (and glue?). The "i30N" and "Hyundai" letters are just glued.

Do not use masking tape with the PlastiDip. The plastic spray will react with the paint on your car and you will remove paint. Use something other than masking tape. It comes off the paint surface really easy otherwise. Use wd40 for excess, it will not hurt your paint.looks a right pain to mask up, but I'll give it a go
