I've been curious to see what the differences are between the i30n hatch and Sedan (Elnantra N). Is the Elantra N more capable around a track? Is there any good comparison articles/video's on the two?
In Australia, the sedan is called the i30 Sedan N. There are several videos that claim the sedan is faster on a track than the hatch due to its slightly lighter weight and good balance on its newer chassis/platform.I've been curious to see what the differences are between the i30n hatch and Sedan (Elnantra N). This is what I've heard, but I'm curious as to what the real world difference is. Are we talking a second a lap, or is it like a tenth. In Australia, the sedan is called the i30 Sedan N. Real world difference in time is likely to be small and will of course depend on the track itself and the driver. This is what I've heard, but I'm curious as to what the real world difference is. Are we talking a second a lap, or is it like a tenth.
No it's not. I have the hatch, just been curious as to what improvements have been made.Real world difference in time is likely to be small and will of course depend on the track itself and the driver.
The cars have a different feel due to the platform difference even though they share the same engine and transmission specs.
Google i30N sedan N and you will find some material.
Is the sedan now being offered in RSA?
