Good to know - one question - it has 2x9mm and 2x15mm fittings but only 9mm hose so I need to order 15mm hose too ?
Nope, comes with all needed tunes and fittings. You do have to cut the larger tubes to install the check valves but they are very simple to get set up
I don’t see any check valves in that link above which links to the can sales site.
If it is V3 you'll have to purchase separate. If you get the 3.3 it comes with it

2. How much scum does it catch in 1000km?
3. Which manufacturer to prefer in terms of quality and price?
4. What ID hoses are needed?

Not confirmed for the VN yet but this is HUGE !
"Skilfully welded" is the understatement of the year. That thing is so much more than just a catch can / coolant reservoir - it's a bloody conversation piece and a dead-set work of art. If I could weld like that I could probably afford one. Amazing...
I believe there have been a couple fit the ADD W1 on the i30N.

Nope, you need to read the entire thread. Then do a search for the same information. I don't lie, all this has been commented to before. 
Next time before you comment that people lie, you need to do your own through research. I can forgive the hubris and mistake as well. I'm not talking about the MC2 but the Oil Water Separator. Less than 10 seconds to find it; next time do an internet search and you'll find it. Super nano lubricant, just like Prolong etc. It's garbage!
