I bought some ages ago, the dog ate them (for real, I was in Sri Lanka at the time) and have never even considered buying more.

No offense intended mate. I found over the years, people will always show their arse one way or another. He's after the money in spades and has the items in stock, nuff said. This is when, I avoid and stay away from this type of vendor/individual.

The last time they were offered, it was 48.88 Euros with shipping. :)

I like My silver badges, I like that it says Hyundai on the back, when I waste a Golf G.T.I from the lights it's great that He can see that I bought the car NOT the badge and if His equipment levels are equivalent to mine He's paid a good £10.000 more for a slower car that doesn't handle as well! :D

Honestly, after seeing them and handling them, they aren't worth what he's asking.:) The individuals who bought them for over $140.00 got screwed something awful.

Took a look around my car just to check and found this :confused:

Seems to have bent itself due to excessive heat... The backside of my car is usually facing the sun for most of the day when it's parked in the carport.
Anyone else had this problem?

Some had problems in Australia with this I believe.

They are terrible quality, I'll be painting mine once the overlays I have now inevitably go bad. The back one isn't a great fit and the front has a brownish tinge to it.

I'll most likely try and get mine back into shape with a hair dryer or something alike, but once the overlays done completely I'm gonna get some emblems painted by a friend of mine (same who detailed my car :D )

You reckon that's bad, take a look at this. @loafer-N77 this Australian's badge covers are cooked. This is my second set but you'll get this where daytime temps are rarely under 35 degrees C and there's no garage in sight. Lucky I have a guardian angel on here who's very kindly donated a couple of new sets to me. I hate chrome and I'm allergic to painting.

Removal time. Badge overlays were fried and warped from the sun and heat and very brittle, so with a bit of persuasion they just disintegrated except for what was still attached to the (very) hardened silicone adhesive leaving me with this...

Grab some needle-nosed pliers, gently peel back the edges and jet some WD-40 in behind them, leave for half an hour or so and go have a beer to allow the silicone to soften.

Come back and just keep grabbing the loose tabs with the pliers, gently peeling off the debris.

Leaving you with this:

Get stuck into it with a rag soaked in petrol and wrapped around a plastic trim removal tool.

Once all the silicone goo is gone just rinse, shampoo, dry and wax the surrounding paintwork.
