Sometimes other members alert on the forum that the badges went on sale again, but sometimes don't, the best thing is to keep an eye on the https://www.ebay.com.au/usr/truesixtynine and "save him" to be alerted on your ebay feed for new items from that seller (at least i think this is how it works)
