NEW I20N Hybrid!

Maybe from the soft suspension, very high mass center, soft ARB, soft jelly bushings all around, and of course the overall car height.

There is to much weight transfer that you feel in the whole body.

Not heavy to drive, feels heavy while driving.

Instead of 1230-1260kg it feels more like a 1400kg car. But with lighter wheels it's better.
Bro if you think the i20n feels heavy then you should try the i30n that’s a tank in comparison 😂✌️

I have driven an i30N on well known road track and it's very similar but 1 or 2 classes higher in weight feeling. Miles away from the weight feeling of a Megane 3 RS Cup or EVO9. Both i20 and i30 feel a lot heavier, than you would suggest from their fake cross weights.

dont compare it to a suzuki swift?

perhaps your wording "feels heavy" is not something that others relate to without the same experience. If you could define the feeling better then it might make more sense to the rest of us.

How else could I define it, as I already did?

Drive or have driven other performance cars that are lighter then Hyundai's and officially heavier then you got it.

I’m gonna play devils advocate hear a little I kind of know what you mean by feel as the fiesta ST is heavier that the i20n but on the road feels more agile and lighter on its feet in comparison to the i20n which is more numb and flat footed, the ST is very much more up on its toes giving the impression of lightness and agility.
Had a tuned Clio RS and that felt way lighter than the i20n but probably wasn’t.

I’ve driven ‘performance cars’ that are both heavier and lighter than the i20N and honestly I don’t agree that it feels heavy. It’s not a super light by any means but I don’t think it feels heavy either.

But…. I accept my car isn’t very standard these days and does have lighter wheels which I agree make quite a big difference (more than I expected). I would like the steering to have more feel but electric is all you get these days and at least it’s not as numb as that of a Golf 🤣.
