Wheels Wheel sizing

When buying aftermarket wheels, is there any issues going from 18x7.5 to 18x8?

Does anyone have any advice on the perfect ET for the wheels to sit perfectly in the arches?

Or the perfect or best combination of sizing.

Also TPMS, can you use any brand?

On the arch's, stock suspension +50 on a 18x8
lowered +45 18x8 will just be on the arch and depending on compression when driving may scrub a little on both front and rear
Camber bolts or adjustable camber tops will help with front guard clearance as well

So I will be toying with lowering it, so do you think if I were to do
18x7.5 ET 48

I would be ok?

If I stuck to 18x7.5, I'm assuming lowered or not I should be ok with ET 53-45?
