Hard-wired a front Nextbase 522GW and got it running fine - Just need to wait for some more daylight ant time to get the rear extension in.

And reached 200 miles today - So 1/3 down and 2/3 to go before the grins get bigger

Now I need to get a load of LED festoon bulbs to replace the interior lighting.....

Got some new winter tires today (Michelin Pilot Alpine 5) since the old ones were not quite up to the job anymore:

Also: checked the brakes, looking fine IMO:

The new tires handle very well, almost as if they were summers - would recommend!

Also: took a reading with the dB meter to see how loud it is with the GPF-delete...

Let's say I won't pass a police inspection if the measure: 107dB

While driving in a tunnel it's even louder. Gotta be careful!
But hey, there's now burbles in normal mode

Picked up a 2019 i30N yesterday, and spent today mostly driving around, fitting a dash cam and playing with all the settings.

I installed a footwell kit ( light blue led)
Hid the wires for a front camera
Hid the wire for radar detector
Installed phone mount ( A-Tach)
The job was not easy but it is very nice not to have any wires dangling. Everything is tucked into the headliner and routed through the plastic cover for the collision device.
