A few times I've found liquid (water) in the door card well and can't find where it's coming from. Took it Hyundai and after tests they said they couldn't find anything at all. Anyone had this issue and resolved it?

If by "door card well" you mean the storage areas on the door, the most likely cause, after leaving the window "not fully closed", is the seal on the outside of the window at the window/door edge letting water into that area. This assumes nothing is bent (wrecked) and the drain holes at the bottom of the door are clear.
Not left any windows open. Water has been gathering in the storage well even over night but hasn't lately so I'm guessing rain is getting in somewhere. It's odd that Hyundai couldn't locate any water getting through so not sure what to do. The window seal gets green rather quickly perhaps there a cleaning fluid to clean it off and keep it away for longer? Might be compromising the watertightness.
Behind the door card is a 'membrane' which directs water which passes the window seal towards the door drain holes, at its bottom. This may have perished/come unstuck. I had the same on a car in the past (both front doors), and that was a 2018 car with the issues occurring at the start of 2024. Only a few weeks ago a relative had the same. I mentioned the door cards membrane, which it turned out to be. Issue now fixed.

Ok thanks yes I remember issues with membranes in the past esp on Italian cars. I will speak to Hyundai this week and see what they say.
So while my car was with Hyundai I got a parking ticket. Car was parked from 9.32am and moved at 16.50. I called them asking when did they actually do the work?? I dropped it off just before 9.20 and they called me the car is ready at 15.00!! I collected at 17.30. they have since ignored me. No PCN again so they must have sorted that out. Jokers
