So I test drove the i20n and fell in love with it, however, I wouldn't mind some more power. I seen theres a racechip, that brings it to 234 hp. Is there anything else or even better way to tune the i20n? I think 250-260 hp in this car would be the dream, I don't need more. Is it hard to achieve, or is it even possible?

Thanks

With just a tune or piggyback tuner, not a chance, even with the engine putting out the factory rated 201 hp. Horsepower takes money and there’s no short cut. You need to add some aftermarket bolt-ons ie., down pipe, FMIC and intake to push the engine over 250 with a piggy back tuner.👍🇺🇸

Ok but that sounds doable. Maybe abit expensive but should be worth

So, racechip, 234hp, down pipe, FMIC and intake would get it to 250 roughly? FMIC is intercooler? Do you know roughly what everything will cost? Thank you

Nothing as currently is no downpipe, coolers are just coming out and intakes unsure if they do anything yet. ECU's havent been cracked yet to map properly either.

Remember the warranty will be gone with doing these depending on dealer on the whole car or the parts you replace.

Or plus if at a lower altitude. As much as $2900.00 depending upon the cost of the DP and the FMIC;

There’s more as well.👍🇺🇸
