When I have rev matching enabled, occasionally when shifting from 1st to 2nd it would blip the revs as if I was shifting into 1st
The same issue happens when shifting from 2nd to 3rd though it's not as frequent
It's more noticeable in N mode as the blips are more aggressive but it still happens in normal drive mode
I've seen it mentioned a few times on this forum but no one mentioned a fix or workaround (apart from disabling rev matching)
I have an MY18 i30N performance hatch
