Whaaaaat? I'm definitely going to look into that!Just talked to my dealer today and he told me that it‘s (maybe) possible to activate this function in the software. He‘ll check that when my car is in next time. But this will take some months (hopefully)

There's info in the thread "i30 N Owners: Since buying, what did you learn?" in Questions, post #94-#147Anyone found anything in the owners manual about operating the windows when opening and locking the car?
Where did you read thatYou simply have to connect your car to a hyundai tester. It's an option to activate or deactivate.
Today on a meet. My friend is working for hyundai. He did this to his and another N. He said we could do that maybe on Monday. But it works. I've seen that with my own eyesWhere did you read that

I'm guessing I'm one of the lucky ones who got this sorted out on the PDI.The convenience opening/closing of windows is a feature that is enabled during pre-delivery inspection of the vehicle; For whatever reason some technicians that carryout this pre-delivery inspection do not enable this feature.
I do not know why this happens, maybe they forget to enable it but if this feature does not work on your vehicle I would suggest bringing it into service and asking them to enable this for you.

Just out of curiosity, is there any way to program it to open/shut the sunroof too?
Oh well, it's not that big a deal. The display warns you it's open when you're getting out of the car.At the moment with the genuine ECU firmware there is no way to program the sunroof to open/shut with the windows![]()
