Managing i20N inlet valve deposit accumulation . . .

What experience have other i20N owners had slowing down the accumulation of deposits on/around the inlet valves, given that we do not have any fuel injected before the inlet valves to help clean them?

Does anyone have any experience (and even better any measurements) using products like "CRC GDI IVD Intake Valve & Turbo Cleaner" (for example) in a partially preventative maintenance capacity, and what has been your experience, and if positive what insertion point do you recommend using for the above cleaner in the i20N?

In my case, I only do about two 16km long trips per week, plus a longer trip every now and then (perhaps once a month), in the i20N.

Thanks.

Well you ask a very good question but I can’t say I’ve ever seen any specific discussion about this issue relating to the i20N. There are a few catch-can options made but how effective they are, or even if they are really needed, is not something I’ve seen discussed.
