Hello everyone!
I'm getting close to buying an i30N as a daily driver and simply can't decide which seats I should go for.
I will be doing 3h trips 2 times a week for almost 5 years straight and I've got dillema between the standartd seats and the N light seats.
I love the way N light seats look and give the car a personality but just don't know if they will be much of a issue on these longer trips. I also love the fact they give more support during spirited drives.
I've sat in both but only for about 25 minutes and found both seats comparable when it comes to comfort.
What are your experiences?
Thanks for the answers!

I have the light seats, never tried the standard ones, they weren't even available to order. Only did 5000 km until now, I have some old lower back problems and my body style is "extremely skinny". Anyway, took a while to get used to it, but I had no issues with the chair so far, even did two trips of 12 hours each for a summer vacation, without back pain. Of course, you have to decide based on your body shape and personal preference. What fits me, might not fit someone else.

I'm quite skinny and short so I think they will suit me. Also had a slipped disc in my lower back so it is good to hear that it suits you well! Not planning 12 hours trips, the 3 hours will be maximum I think.

I had the comfort seats in my first i30N and now the N sports bucket seats in my second. I think the sports bucket seats are really good for everyday use. I don't miss the comfort seats one bit. I'm around 170cm and have a relatively normal body build. I sit really well in them, and even driving for several hours is no problem. It's only for the racetrack that I would love to switch to proper bucket seats at some point.

That's great to hear, thank you!
