Has to be the best bang for your buck out there. Everyday car, which excels on track. Had mine for 2 weeks and can’t wipe the smile off my face!

Anyone else know why the car can sense you coming towards it, and open up the wing mirrors to invite you in, but refuse to actually unlock? Seems like they got halfway through implementing full keyless operation, then couldn't be bothered to do that final step?!

Same here. I believe the function is called 'car greeting' or something like that. Personally I found it gimmicky after 2 days but it took 30 seconds to disable in the settings. With my car in the drive way I walk past the car without entering it all the time on a normal day. It’s down to personal preference I guess. I think it’s bizarre to want it to just fully unlock when I walk near it. I want to decide when I want my car to unlock, I’d rather my car stayed a bit more secure than not. Pressing the fob or the button on the handle is no extra effort for me.
Another review
Quite a few reviews being released this week.
Just a shame about the Autoexpert.com.au broker business he 'runs'. Not good. Like the YouTube content though! He makes a funny comment in that video on how the KONA N could have emerged out of a lab in Wuhan lol
I like his reviews.
Good review I’ve owned both and would say as a road weapon and most exciting to drive the i20n all day.Decent comparison review of the stalwart vs the new kid on the block. No losers here...
Have to agree on the brakes i20n r unbelievably good fiesta’s r![]()
The ST’s quite a bit faster and they do suffer from fading the ST’s brake r quite acceptable at modest speeds it’s only when you get on it they r really lacking. That's interesting. I've never driven an ST, but my Mrs had an St-line courtesy car a few years ago and the brakes were superb. Emergency stop stuff.
Having driven my i20N a bit I think that some of the apparent turbo lag is just weak throttle mapping.….I have the response set at maximum but still the first part of the travel doesn’t seem to do much.Good review I’ve owned both and would say as a road weapon and most exciting to drive the i20n all day.
As an everyday hot hatch and great fun then the ST it’s just a little bit more well rounded
For a blast take the i20n for everyday the ST
The only reason the i20n doesn’t completely win is because of the engine which dose lack low down torque and character also the rev spike thing is very annoying but you can drive around it when u get used to it.

On our “family” car,Octavia vRS 245, the normal response is more urgent and in the sport mode it’s very sharp indeed.
A remap might work wonders?
It’s not a big problem, more noticeable to me because I’m still running in and mostly avoiding flooring it.Oh! That doesn't sound greatI'm expecting my i20N in next few weeks and have bought without test drive. I thought they had ALS like i30N?
