You need the 2020-2 map with that version. I can upload to Google drive if you can wait,hard-line gave a link to that version a few posts ago.

Did you format the card as fat32 before hand?

You need to extract the files from the rar file. There's 4 folders and an apk file.
Open the RAR file on your computer, extract the contents and then copy to a freshly formatted SD card

Well I decided to do the 2020-2 update and all went well. Both software/firmware went on easy and maps worked straightaway.
Not sure about the 2021 update - I've read a few people on the German form not liking the input of destinations in the sat nav. They are saying it's a step backwards..... hopefully as long as postcode is there most of us will be ok!

You got me the software and hardline posted the maps (and software but I used yours)
I don't have 2021 but read on the German forums people not liking the address input.
