Condensation in the headlight

Probably Hyundai tried to fix it with this bigger cap full of silica.
But the problem still persists even on FL
What do you think about this lamp condensation. I think this is already too much. You can clearly see water stains and limescale prints inside. I am trying to solve it with dealer but unsuccesfly rn. Its still under warranty and guy told me that is normal. I don think so .. But what about others? What do you think? .
