As the title said, I brought it in yesterday for servicing at 29k and realised I don't have the warranty booklet. This is a '21 model and would still be under warranty.
Now, the dealer takes no responsibility and suggests contacting the manufacturer, but I wonder if anyone has any suggestions before I take any step in any direction and waste any time.

Thanks in advance for any hints!

I believe that your dealer is playing. He can see complete history of car servicing, and if all services were done by authorised car shop / Hyundai dealership, I do not see any reasons why your warranty will not be accepted. They have everything in digital and to be honest, even I bought my car in Croatia, there was never any warranty booklet presented to me or received. I have use warranty after 4 years as lower seat support / bolster stitching was faded and complete lower seat assembly ( sponge and textile cover) was exchanged. Suggest you ring Hyundai Europe customer service ( located in Germany ), and have all doubts cleared. Enjoy your new ride and wish you a lot of milage and bangs.

Thanks a lot, they're German and didn't suprise me he raised I was missing the warranty booklet.

Will reach out to Hyundai Europe as you suggested and see what they have to say. Thanks a lot for pitching in.

They store servicing digitally. Normally I take the booklet out and lay it on passenger seat. Sometimes I have to go back and ask them to fill it in.

ok so Hyundai EU replied: Hyundai Motors Germany does NOT keep a digital record of the service booklet. They suggested reaching out to the dealer (who already waved me goodbye) or the last place the servicing was done.

Lucky enough for me... I FOUND THE BOOKLET. So if you're in Germany, I really hope you don't lose it!!!

Thanks to anyone who's jumped in.

Nice that you found the booklet.
Interesting that this is different from country to country in EU.
We have just changed the ownership Hyundai in Sweden from 1st of July from Nic. Christiansen Group to Hyundai Motor Europe. So we have to what happens.
Old telephone app you could see your services but in the new app you don't. The new app is crap and useless, no info at all, so I hope they do a lot of updates.
