Bluetooth Music

My Samsung phone is connected via bluetooth. But when i start up, the music plays but no volume. The phone's volume goes to zero. Not sure if this is a phone or car setting.
 
You can try and write a small application in "Tasker" this is an android app
You can run a task when your phone connects to your i30n to increase the bluetooth volume automatically ;)
 
Check the settings of the Bluetooth connection on your phone. You can sometimes change what has priority.
For example it could be muting your Spotify (or other music app), because it is prioritising phone calls / sms
