Black Hyundai Badges

no mate, these aren’t covers. They are real carbon badges that need to replace the original ones rather than go over the top. In order to remove the front badge the whole front bumper needs to be removed and accessed from the back.
Right! They look great! Do u mind me asking where u got them from? And was it a big cost getting the garage to put them on?

About £40 for the ramp time. It’s honestly not hard to do yourself, I just don’t have the tools/set up to do it at the moment.
I’d be the same,I haven’t got the room or tools to be able to do it either. So does the silver badge come off easier from the back then?

Yeah. Back one is just stuck on with strong adhesive. Comes off with some thread, some patience and some sore fingers. If you can be bothered to heat up the glue first it’ll make it 1000x easier.

Sorry I meant does the silver badge come off the back of the front bumper?

Oh sorry, it’s basically attached with a fixing. Kind of like a nut and bolt type thing. You just remove the fixing and the badge comes off. New badge comes with a nut and bolt and also adhesive tape to further secure it. There’s a picture of what it looks like behind the bumper somewhere on here if you do some digging.

Was just wondering how easy do the black H covers come off if you wanted to take them off after a while? It’s just a sealant right,so can you just peel it off without damaging underneath?

Hi All, I've had a mishap with the pressure hose and my front H emblem overlay. Does anyone know where I can order a new one. I've managed to get the silicone off and just need a new one to stick back on. its for a Pre Facelift 2018 i30N. thanks in advance.

Tell you what man, introduce yourself and attach a pic of your car (just make sure you resize it to less than 1MB first) here...

...and I'll PM you, get your details and post one to you from way down here in Australia free of charge. Deal?

Anyone have any links for places selling black rear Hyundai logo covers which stick on? People say eBay but I can’t seem to find anywhere that ships to the UK. This is for the facelift (not sure if that matters). Cheers

I'm also interested in purchasing both the Hyundai black badges and the N badges, but can't seem to find where to buy them. I've seen some "metal stickers" on ebay and aliexpress but I'm unsure if that could go over the OEM ones or what.

Does anyone know the sizes of the front and rear badge on the i30N? I don't have the car yet but I've found a store that sells them in different sizes. I don't really know which size to pick :/

These are the available sizes:
  • 148mm
  • 152mm
  • 154mm
  • 156mm
  • 174mm
  • 182mm
  • 195mm
  • 198mm
  • 201mm

Is there a link, where I can find the black covers? They are no longer available at the ebay.
Here you go man (for you too @TwI30ned). From Australia, but good luck reliably getting them anywhere else. N Garage will post internationally last time I checked.

I ordered here, from Germany, can vouch for these. A bit pricey, but fits perfectly. Only downside is that the color of them is a bit on the brown side, they are not brown, but its some kind of a tint, or mat effect that under direct sunlight they give this shade away as in opposite to gloss black effect, but you have to look really hard to notice and no one will either, basically you have to want to see it to see it.
Can recommend to get these.

NB! These are for hatchback and FL I believe, check before ordering!
