Hi all. Still learning things about the 5 almost a year into ownership. One of the first things I did when I first got the car was go to the N setup page and max everything out for power, steering, and suspension. Then turn off or turn down all the nanny stuff, and put road grip to high. OK. now I can see what this thing can do. I had assumed that the sport setting on the drive button in the wheel brought all my N-settings over when I went to sport mode. Well. you know what they say about assuming. Just fumbling around one day here lately I pushed and held the blue button and........a hah! N-MODE.! Am I the only one?

Yeah. I had gone to the N mode and set everything to 11 early in my ownership. When you hit the drive mode button it goes; ECO,NORMAL,SPORT, then back to ECO. I thought sport must include the N mode settings, but NO!

just tried it ! That's awesome to get in N mode instead of custom 1 or 2. I keep my sounds in the custom modes and quiet in N.

Thanks for the tip !!!

New owner... I can only find an 'N set-up' where you choose road grip only, everything else (settings: traction, per, steering, etc) seems to be a defaulted. Am I missing something? Is there some place where perf features can be set individually? This default/grouping is frustrating at times -- it's all there -- why not just let us pick from a settings menu, then save the f'ers in a few presets. Instead, we have to play the menu / take what you get thing. Hopefully I missing something. Right now, I have N-mode with road set to grippy -- that's my "current assumption" of max performance -- is that correct?!

I am not completely sure what you mean, so don't be offended if my idea seems too simple. You tap the N tab on the touchscreen to get into setup, then , if I remember correctly, you can swipe left to get deeper into the setup options.
