In Belgium you get it all, apart from the panoramic roof, that's an option.

So you got Reverse auto-down mirrors in Belgium?
I'll have to stop at the dealership soon then, mine doesn't have this activated i assume (fastback N)

You should have the button above the mirror control (red rectangle). If it's in the middle mirrors doesn't tilt, you have to squeeze it to the left or right.

But as NULLOBANDITO said, only if you have the upgraded seats.

All press shots showed it on the LHD models only. No RHD ones unfortunately, thats why the aftermarket one now exists.
