Kamyk's i30N PB Performance Pack

I have the dummy coming from HDT but not the flexipipe. Looking forward to hearing what you think of having them both installed

Two infos - good and bad.
Good one - parts installed - car is louder and works good for now.
Bad one - ecu check and dyno test moved to first days of july.

I have few things to do before ecu modifications and last dyno:
- waiting for new downpipe from HDT (21 work days.....)
- waiting for exhaust center pipe change (76-70mm bezel)
- some problems with new exhaust (flap control and tone of the sound)

After those modifications whole exhaust will be changed and then final ecu mod and dyno test.

Last part of my plan just gone wrong - exhaust system.
Today I returned it and ordered new one - Remus exhaust i30N gpf-back with carbon 102mm tips.
Hyundai will install my new remus exhaust and to be 100% sure I ordered few gaskets too.
4x 76mm for the connections of the pipes:

And 1x 89mm for the new HDT downpipe:

Turbo gasket will be installed when my HDT downpipe will arrive. But it is still a long wait.
For the remus - about 2 weeks and HDT still 3 weeks or more.
So - my whole exhaust should be perfect - from 89mm to 76mm to same end.
HDT downpipe --- HDT flexpipe --- HDT dummy gpf --- remus gpf-back
Now only waiting........

First great day - exhaust change !!!! REMUS is a monster !
Here are few pictures from under the car:

Another great day will arrive soon - HDT downpipe - so the exhaust will be fully changed and ready to tune plus ordered oil catch can (both middle of the month).

And one more small gadget:

About REMUS - I gave my car to my mechanician and told him that this car will never be great like oem but I need to change pipes to 76mm.....then after more then hour of waiting - first start, first N mode, first CANNON SHOOT and smile on my face.
It is good like oem, it is better, it is louder, it is GREAT.
I saw many videos of remus and thats why I picked it - simmilar sound to OEM but with small changes in sound.
It is really really awesome. I love it - now I can say I'm happy with 3" (76mm) full exhaust with great and loud sound.
From 3k of engine RPMs it is like world war 3 in N mode - just like oem but louder and deeper sound. Shooting, wheezing, rumbling.

PS. after first ride it stinks like burning tire or plastic. After I parked the car and turn off the engine from the exhaust still went some smoke. I think the new exhaust need some time to burn himself inside or do I need to worry myself ?

should be the grease and the gaskets which get temps the first time. Should disappear after a few rides

The big change isn‘t coming from the Remus but from the gpf delete. Just saying.
I don't think so - at the end of may I had exhaust from other company and gfp delete and it was.....let's say bad.
Gpf delete with oem was really nice and I was afraid remus will be more quiet but I was wrong.
Now with remus is is what I wanted to have.

Maybe they used other resonator/damping.

The Remus gpf back version has ECE so it must comply with the legal requirements and can therefore not be much louder.
It's the same with my Milltek exhaust. Surely it will be a difference with valves open but the biggest change definitely comes from gpf delete.

Today was pre-tune and pre-downpipe install - dyno day.
I wanted to check gains from my new exhaust.
So in short - OEM hyundai downpipe with cat + new HDT flexpipe + HDT GPF dummy + REMUS gpf back exhaust.
I was shocked......badly but positively shocked.

Last dyno was in the same place and max 289/293 BHP and 440/450Nn.

So all my changes gives me a lot. But wait....
I'm still waiting for HDT downpipe......
It will be max and end for this turbo.

PS I saw there this abandoned vehicle...😉

One more PS - on the scores - thicker line is today score and a bit below thinner line is previous score so easy to see gains.

seems the Ns now even get abandoned at tuning shops 😆

Still waiting for HDT downpipe and I'm getting angry.
Last time I waited long time for their flexpipe and dummy gpf (they promised 14 working days).
Now it is 26th working day and they didn't respond my mail.....(they promised 21 workind days).
I hate this HDT service.
