In that video is my MY18 car.. "controlled by Korea.." Mhm.. Thats why everyone should print these screens to proof that it's not impossible. If they use the latest (or the end of 2017) Version of Hyundai GDS and they own a Hyundai VCI this shouldn't be a problem. I can confirm that on mine (AU spec) the windows only go up using the key. Looks like I'll be mentioning this when I take it for it's 1,500km service on Tuesday.

Carmanscan but Launch will also do it.
Yes it is - you have to ask them to program it for you though - I had it done at the 1st service and they all go up and down with the key.Can anyone confirm this is possible on U.K. cars please.
