Phew, great news for me and my chance of buying an i20N: the new Fiesta looks worse than the outgoing model:
Its got 10% more torque though at 320nm, but I hate facelifts in general, they always change things for the sake of changing things, I wasnt a fan of the i30N FL either, I wish theyd just leave them alone and improve things underneath, I hate where the Ford badge is now on the grill, why do that? Not a fan of digital dashes either and I prefer the Recaro seats than these Ford performance ones, overall im happy I got the the MK8..
I have just heard from my local (Australian) Hyundai dealer. My car has been built and has an ETA of 15-10-21 in Port Kembla NSW. From there it will take 10-14 days to arrive at the dealership.
The dealer told me that in the next few weeks he would be able to send me details of inclusions....eg black roof.

That is a bit weird . Did you not choose what you want . The October Ships coming are the next round of Ship around mid October ... Did you get a VIN number and chassis from them as well ? Hyundai has a holding yard for them there for NSW distribution. Cards in the Port of Brisbane have been dispatched after 4 days after arrived on transporters . If you have a VIN number you can search at prixcars.com.au under Dealer Search

I don't have the VIN.
I have read in overseas reports that (for instance) the black roof is an optional extra. I asked my dealer if my car had a black roof and he wasn't able to give me an answer.
I have heard that the Australian model is fully loaded but just wanted clarification.
Yep. Fully loaded . However the black roof is $1000 extra and if you didn't get white or performance blue then the other paint colours are $495 extra. There has been a batch of em in Sydney that arrived in Port Kembla early this week

I put a deposit on a performance blue i20N very late last year. The only option that was given to me was the colour.

You don’t judge any car over something like that is all I’m trying to say, saying all ST drivers are going to be butt hurt over this is ridiculous, these cars aren’t drag racers, if you read the link I sent, it’s says overall the Fiesta ST is the faster car, but there’s nothing in it, but honestly who cares? both are great cars, just depends on what you prefer..
