The car is still under warranty, I went to the Hyundai garage they told me that it was a rear view camera problem but I’m sure it’s something else otherwise the rest on the media side would work normally whereas there it isn’t, the lane changer turns off and turns on everything, the multimedia screen also bugs at times, have you ever seen that?

Have you changed anything? the car being under warranty is one thing, but when you touch things connected to the OEM systems then those individual things can lose their warranty.

If you absolutely haven't touched the electronics/ICE systems then tell Hyundai to escalate it. They should be giving you a path to resolution and not just commenting on what they think it could be. They may be worried about Hyundai Corp not paying their dealership for diagnostic time, so you might have to make some noise to get them to properly investigate.

EDIT: also your video wont play for me, its marked private.

I thought a little about everything that might have happened and I had cleaned it at the kercher not long ago and the wand reading the two rear lights often takes on water and since the camera is just below, maybe it created a short circuit or something..
